You can't be both...

From the moment I started doing art professionally I was told that I should separate my art from my cosplay in order to be "more professional." I have made it my goal since hearing that to show people that I am not defined by one of my passions, but by all of them. As I have moved forward with both my art and my modeling this continues to be a problem. My adult work has given some the impression that I do not have a place at normal shows. To anyone who thinks that I would ask that you look me up on facebook. See all the photos of me with happy children as a power ranger or Miles Morales, look at the sketches I give kids that have been good at cons, look at my booth at a family friendly show. I can seperate the two sides of myself, now and forever, I can do both.
